Field Escalation Process:

Reporting company may request field escalation each hour. CenturyTel will follow our normal escalation list, providing escalation name and position in company for the appropriate area. The field escalation list is as follows:

  • Area Plant Supv. #1
  • Area Plant Supv. #2
  • Area Operations Mgr.
  • General Manager
  • Field Plant Operations Mgr.
  • Director Repair-Dispatch – Joe Settle
  • Region VP

CenturyTel Internal Repair Center Escalation - CLEC This escalation list is to be used only when circuit troubles are not being dispatched by the Repair Center agent in a timely manner to the field. This is not the escalation list for troubles not being resolved in a timely manner in the field (see Field Escalation Process under Repair Contacts section).

  • First Level Escalation
